Refunds, Cancellations and Disputes

What you can expect when you pay for something on OverVibez. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). This page is part of the Terms.

What you can buy

OverVibez sells digital items only — nothing is posted to you. You can add money to your OverVibez wallet, then use it to unlock a creator's paid post, subscribe to a creator for 30 days, send a tip, or buy a ticket to a paid live stream. All raffles and prize draws are free to enter — we never sell raffle tickets.

Adding money to your wallet

Wallet top-ups are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Money you have added but not spent can be refunded to the original payment method on request. Contact us and tell us the amount and date.

Paid posts, tips and live tickets

These are digital items delivered instantly, so they are generally not refundable once you have accessed them. We will refund you in full if: the content was not as described, it could not be viewed because of a fault on our side, you were charged twice, or the content was removed by us for breaking our rules. These rights are in addition to your statutory rights.

Subscriptions and cancelling

A subscription gives access to a creator's paid posts for 30 days from purchase. It does not renew automatically, so you will never be charged again unless you choose to subscribe again. You may cancel at any time from the creator's profile and you keep access until the 30 days end.

Prize draws

Prize draws (giveaways) are free to enter and need no purchase, so there is nothing to refund. Full rules, including how winners are chosen and verified, are in section 7 of the Terms. Prizes are UK delivery only unless stated.

How to ask for a refund

Email us from the address on your account (see Contact below), or use Help & contact in the app. Tell us what you bought and when. We aim to reply within 2 working days and to refund approved requests within 5–10 working days, to the original payment method or to your wallet.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us first — it is usually quicker than a bank dispute. If you do raise a dispute with your bank, we will provide the records of the purchase. If a payment is reversed by your bank, we reverse the related purchase and may restrict your account while it is investigated. If you think a decision was wrong, you can appeal from the notice in the app.

Creators: refunds and your earnings

If a sale is refunded, the creator's share of that sale (85%) is taken back from their earnings or from future earnings. We do not allow creators to refund outside the platform.

Contact

Use Help & contact inside the app. Business details are in the Terms.
